I started running away from the hut. I was running continuously with no break. My legs started to hurt. I stopped. I turned back to see how far I came. I ran for about five minutes yet I only ran for about a hundred metres away from the hut. Was my eyes playing tricks on me?
Suddenly blue smoke started coming out of the hut. The smoke looked unnatural. I started running towards the hut. I ran as fast as my legs could take me. Suddenly I was flung backwards by an invisible force. It was almost as if there was a invisible barrier. I was flung so far away that I was lost. I got up. I quickly scanned the place to see if there was anything close by. In the distance I spotted some thing which looked like a small mansion.
I wondered if anyone lived there. I walked towards. It was a huge and dark mansion. only one of the rooms had light. I had a small felling of hope. Someone probably lived there. I flung the large iron doors open. The place smelled like a mixture of rotten food and sweat. The place was a pigpen. I felt shiver in my back. What if the person living here was a lunatic. What if it was a ghost.
' Anybody home?' I asked.
Suddenly there was a thud. I nearly jumped out of my skin.
The door behind me creaked open. Before I could turn back a cold hand grabbed me and pulled me into the darkness...
